• June 4, 2009 - Letter from Graham Fraser, Commissioner of Official Languages, in response to the Windsor budget cut accouncements
• May 2009 - CBC/Radio-Canada budget cut announcements made on March 25th, 2009, directly affect the Windsor region, specifically French Ontario, by abolishing programming made in Ontario, and more specifically programs developed and broadcast on a local level in Windsor.
